My good friend from work just had their second small child and a larger vehicle was in order. The perfect, quintessential family vehicle is Chrysler Pacifica van, which happens to be made in my hometown of Windsor, Ontario.
Here it is as it arrived:
It was the "S" version, so it had a really cool set of wheels on it!!
The dealer left a sticker on each wheel!
The wheels, tires and wells were done first and then it was foamed with HD Pink soap:
There was this weird haze in part of the hood. That took M100 and a black wool pad to remove. I wanted to do something above and beyond for my friend, so I spent my time (not billed) to compound the hood with M100 + black wool + 3401. That was followed by M205 and an orange B/S pad.
The rest of the paint got a one step with a B & S white pad + Duragloss squeaky clean. The parts that couldn`t get Feynlab Self Heal Lite (it generates heat as it cures which is not good for head or tail lights, etc) got Ceramic. The paint got SHL. That was topped with Top Coat (as was the Mercedes, I just forgot to mention it).
Here it is all done:
You can see it was an overcast day:
They were very pleased. Thanks for looking!
