Doors edge defects

Hello

This is paint or body defect ? I picked car from painting and noticed that this edge is not smooth.The white dots are rest of the polish paste.






Also what is the way to fix edges like that ? I think this is from opening car and hitting wall or another car with edge of the door.

If you just got it back from paint, I would return it and have them fix it. I would install door edge guards to prevent this in the future.
