Cool setup, to try and implement something like this when you start up is so much easier than catching up later on. I'm moving my business to a new location out of state this spring, and will essentially be starting over (customer-wise) and this form could become really beneficial. Thanks for posting it!

If you use the app I do it has a log area for ever customer and you can add to it as much as you want.

to keep things simple, i would just add the cars under the primary info row of the customer
