Let's try this a second time. Safari crashed(on my phone)and ate my quite lengthy review....
Initial impressions:
It's a very viscous product, which I've heard of causing problems with screwing up sprayers, but I've had no issues whatsoever with the sample bottle from AG. It has a nice scent, but is quite light so you don't have to worry about it overwhelming the cabin.
Prep work:
I cleaned the dash with CG NONSENSE and wiped it dry with a clean MF towel. This is the same way I always clean interior plastics, and works very well for me.
Application:
I primed my towel with a few sprays of the product before spraying a little directly onto the dash. I found that it spread very well and went very far. I expected to only be able to do half the dash with how much I used, but it covered the entire dash plus part of the door panels. With this product, a little goes a very long way. I then applied it to the rest of the interior plastics and went and put up my supplies while I let it sit for a minute or two. I went back with a clean, dry MF towel and VERY lightly buffed it to ensure complete, even coverage, and a uniform look across the surface. This last step didn't really affect the look since it spread so well, I just wanted to be sure. It is definitely the easiest to apply interior protectant I've ever used, and also the best looking one.
Durability:
I've had it on my dash for about a month and still looks like the day I applied it. I put it on a section of my dad's truck's dash about 2-2.5 months ago and it is still going strong. This has outlasted any other product I have tried by a long way and is still chugging along with no sign of it quitting soon.
Final impressions:
It's a great product overall! Very easy to use, nice, deep matte look, and great durability. It doesn't attract dust, but doesn't really do much to keep it away, but that's being very nit-picky.
I will put pics on here in a few hours. Photobucket hates my phone so I will update with pics when I get home and can use my iPad or laptop.
