The directions read that it is wipe on wipe off, meaning do a panel at a time.
Would it be possible to do the whole car and then remove it with my portercable instead?
Which way do you prefer to use this wax?

I would not recommend you do that. Usually WOWO products are intended to be used just like that, wipe on, wipe off. If you leave it on there for too long, it can streak and or be a pain to remove.

Follow the directions recommended, you can remove the wax with your PC using a MF bonnet over a firm foam pad.
 
Most LSPs are ready to be removed when they dry to a haze. That said when a WOWO LSP hazes it is past the point of being ready to wipe off. If you do a test spot by applying Max Wax to a small section of paint and let it dry for the time you think it would take to apply it to the whole car, and it wipes off easily then feel free to follow through with your plan. Either way though, keep in mind, the dry wax you remove after several minutes isn't cured to your paint. Yet, the wax that is under that dried wax is going to cure to your paint. So the longer you wait to wipe off the longer the wax is just sitting on your paint not completely bonding and curing to it. You can't go wrong following a manufacturer's directions. And what is there to really gain by not wiping off immediately after applying?

I always do the entire car then wipe off. I've never had a problem. Max Wax is one of the easiest waxes I've used.
 
I have multiple cars, two black. I think I'll do the wowo on the 2013 avenger and full car with the '85 mercedes. Then compare which one turns out better.

This is how we apply all the WOWO pastes waxes for our garage projects. That is we apply to the entire car, (after the paint has been meticulously machine polished to perfection), and then carefully wipe the wax off.

It always wipes off super simple.


In my last detailing boot camp class I had the students use a variety of waxes, sealants and coatings, for the 1963 Impala, we used MaxWax...

Does that include Fusion and Souveran? I always wiped off right away.

Hmm, so Mike, you are basically saying a other than not needing to dry to a haze like many waxes do, a wowo wax doesn't actually need to be wowo'd?
