DP Waterless Wash VS DP Wash and Gloss

So I have read on here in a few posts that people are using the Wash and Gloss as a waterless wash. On autogeek website it says it makes a Quick Detailer and then link to there waterless wash. I currently have DP waterless wash concentrate as well as Wash and Gloss and am wondering if Wash and Gloss truly is a waterless and if so is it better then using the actual waterless wash formula. Do I basically have two of the same thing just one in Orange and one in Pink?

I can't really be sure but I use DP Wash and Gloss rinseless wash product as a detail spray and like the results...
