Interesting take on an alternative to touch up paint. Anyone use the kit? Results?

I didn't buy that particular kit but did end up buying the squeegees. I like to use the small squeegee and put less than a drop of paint on the edge of it. I try to minimize any excess paint because you end up having to remove it later. It works well but you won't get the chip flush with the rest of the paint since it shrinks when it dries.

My neighbor bought it and I did it on his dark maroon car. I was surprised how nicely it applied. I did two coats to get some build up in the rock chips in the hood. When done what was obvious at 10 ft away now would not catch your eye at 4 ft. Does not cure but nicely hides.

I bought this kit...wow it has to be 3 years ago at this point...and was very happy with it. I have neglected my car for a few years because I've been moving, but last night I took a look and saw some fresh chips on the hood. I'm eager to get that taken care of as soon as my garage gets cleared out!

I do remember the liquid being thin and runny, which is fine, but a coat simply won't do it. You need several good coats to get the chip level with the rest of the paint. And I didn't bother doing that, I just did 2 or 3 coats so that a good barrier was there. I have an Optima with Snow White Pearl paint, so that color is difficult to replicate, but honestly it came out fantastic. I don't think you'll be disappointed with the results.
