dried concrete on tires

Anyone have any ideals on removing this concrete? What has happened is they are rebuilding my road. They have been spreading powdered cement over the road bed. Then they have a machine that mixes it into the dirt and adds water to it. Looks to me as if they are trying to strengthen the dirt. So this mixture is on my tires and all my neighbors.

Couple things you could try...

Like the name says, this product is pretty amazing, it's a type of an All Purpose Cleaner that works to clean just about anything while at the same time is safe on just about anything, at least from my own experience.

Maybe share the link to this thread with your neighbors and introduce them to a great car detailing forum, if they've never see a forum who knows, this place might be just what they've been looking for.
