I've only used the Dupray Hill Injection unit but I can tell you straight up it's a nice machine. I would think the Tosca would be more than adequete for your needs.
The two coolest features are the continous refill so you never have to turn it off and let it cool down in order to add more water. (That's a great feature), and the professional grade attatchments. The large brush attachment is very well thought out and works great with 16" square microfiber towels.
I cover all this in these two threads for the Dupray Hill Injection unit but everything would apply to the Tosca....
How To Use the Dupray Hill Injection Steam Cleaner
For cleaning car interior, you're going to love the triangle brush with the spring loaded towel clamp. This makes placing a clean towel onto the brush fast and easy and it holds it very securely.
The size of the brush head is PERFECT for any standard size 16" square microfiber or cotton towel.
Simply fold the towel diagonally to create a triangle shape like this...
Place the brush head onto the folded towel like this with a little more extra space at the top. (not much just a little, you need some excess at the back also)
Use your finger or thumb to depress the spring loaded clamp....
Then simply pull the three corners of the towel up and through the open slots of the clamp....
Should look like this when done correctly...
You're ready to start cleaning and disinfecting without using chemicals.... this can be a real lifesaver if you're allergic to or sensitive to cleaning chemicals.
Steam Cleaning a Ferrari Interior with the Dupray Hill Injection Steam Cleaner
Ewww.... that's pretty gross... the good news is not only has all the body oils, dirt and grime from 1987 been removed but any bacteria, mold, germs and viruses have been killed.
Here's a tip...
Have plenty of clean towels on hand when using your steam cleaner because the grimier the surface is you're cleaning the faster the towel will become dirty and you want to be able to change out to a clean towel on the fly....
You don't have to use white colored towels but the white color works great as a visual indicator showing how dirty the surface really is and when it's clean.
