I ordered a bottle of this after my current bottle of Zaino Z16 was done. I had always heard rumors that these two products were identical so I thought I would give it a side by side comparison. I have been using a lot of non silicone tire dressing lately. My favs now are Poorboys B & B, Car Pro Perl 1:1, and Zaino Z16. I like the nice semi matte look these dressings give.

Product Description:

Duragloss Non Silicone Tire Dressing restores the luster and beauty to vinyl, leather, and tires. It is body shop safe and contains absolutely no silicone. Duragloss Non Silicone Tire Dressing is so safe and effective, you can use it on vinyl and leather, as well as rubber. Its non-silicone formula enhances the luster without being slippery or greasy. The finish will not attract dust or sling off of tires.

Thoughts

In a side by side comparison to Zaino Z16 I would to say that they are almost identical. Both products smell the same to me and have a similar appearance when applied. I applied to the tire with a grout sponge and gave it two coats for more of a glossier look. No sling at all.

For those looking for a cheap substitute for Zaino Z16 I would have to say this is it. For $7.99 its a great deal. The product description states it can be used on leather, vinyl, and rubber. Something else I will have to try.

Been using this stuff for a while. Great product for those who prefer the non-glossy new tire look one coat provides.

Great, another product from DG that I will have to try out.

I see that you like PERL 1:1, which is my absolute favorite tire dressing. How does 321 compare?

I think PERL 1:1 might be a tad bit glossier than 321. It's very close. :xyxthumbs:

I was just looking at this stuff and hoped someone would do a review on it.

Anyone know the durability?

Great review Pat! I haven't had the pleasure of using this one yet, but from the looks of your tire I think I will. How did you apply it, spray on tire or applicator pad?

Richard. I applied to a grout sponge then applied to the tire.

I'm sorry about that, my eyes honestly skipped over that entire line.

Sheesh, my closet is looking like a Duragloss factory. Now this. I would be interested in durability also. How is the finish ?. Matte I hope, I just can't deal with shiney tires.

I was curious about #321. Never talked about. So more of of a matt look correct? Being WB is a good thing. When i found #253 i never looked back. I love this dressing! Gives a perfect look and as never slung on me. I always have several bottles of #253 in back stock.

#253 will definitely be my next dressing. I’m looking forward to it! I may just buy the gallon
