DVD How to Properly Use FLEX Polishers

Just received this DVD last night How to Properly Use FLEX Polishers, it doesn't work on my laptop or PC. What am I doing wrong?

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to put it in a computer or DVD player.. I've never seen Mike mention DVD playing in the list of his Porter Cable's capabilities.
