I currently use the Rupes Pneumatic Sander and the Griots Garage 3" polisher as my wet sanders. I have decided to go all electric. I am concerned that the Duetto cuts too fast and hard after reading Mike's demonstration post. I am not afraid to spend some money. Recommendations please?

I think the PC 7424 with appropriate backing plates and paper should serve your purpose.

I believe AG sells electric 3M da sander for wet sanding.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I777 using AG Online

I used my PC with a 6" backing plate and a Meguiar's interface pad. Then whatever 6" sanding discs I needed.

Here's a car that we machine sanded back around the year 2008 using the PC with Abralon discs....

Knock out painted roofs first, then tackle the rest of the car...

This DeSoto is similar to the one Richy Cunninham's Dad drove on the TV show "Happy Days".
