What does everyone do as far as receipts? Electronic, especially with paired up with any of the software's out there like Square or Intuit Quickbooks is convenient especially not having to deal with paper waste. Or do you go with manual method or even print out receipts? Pros and cons?

I email or text their receipts to them if they pay via CC or Debit ( i use PayPal Here). For everything else, i give them the option of emailed or printed. I do keep a paper copy of the post service inspection form they sign that says there is no new damage and they are happy with the service as performed. CYA right! :props:

Depends on their payment method. Cash = none. I use square and they have an option for a payment receipt. But I use the standard service receipt that I email to them the most, like a service invoice.

I use quickbooks online which sends out electronic forms, receipts, invoices, etc. If a client does not have an e-mail, than I will print out a copy if they want one.

I try not to waste paper as much as I can.
