I try to clean up my engine compartment about once a year. It wasnt too bad, try to be proactive and get to it before it gets too dirty.

Wish I had a before of under the hood, it was failry dirty and came out great. I wish it had a liner.

Here is where OPT power clean really shines, greasy areas like the latch. Im not a fan of PC on tires, I have to use full strength to get the brown and dressings off, not economical at all for me. But it does have its place.

I also used Ultima paint guard+ on the underside of the hood and fender rails. Good stuff!

nice

are you diluting the opc or using it straight on the latches?

Straight works best, grease just melts off.

Nice, what is that tube going into the battery box?

The battery is in a box, thats the air intake. The engine runs pretty hot, I guessing without it the battery may explode or at least shorten it life drastically.
