This white FRS is coming in to have a good detail, basic paint correction and an application of our permanent nano ceramic coating.
This is the first step to ensuring a long lasting finish through out the life of the car.
Initial Inspection
Heavy enzyme foaming to break down oil, road grime, and retail car care products.

After about 15 minutes, and a quick sponging we rinse off the car and re-soap it a water based iron dissolving soap. This takes out all the rail dust.. very important on white cars!
Storms started rolling in, but we're done outside. The car is driven into our 3200 sq foot climate controlled facility for further surface prep!
Polymer clay used on the paint for light areas, mild clay for heavier areas.
Initial Paint Inspection after washing it. Not too bad, some light scuffing. Since we are applying a permanent coat, we wanted the best finish possible before applying it.
Basic paint correction to amp the gloss up
After that we further dry the car with blowers, then wipe the car down twice with 91% isopropyl alcohol to ensure a good bond. Even glass.

The glass is coated first. Its easy to see and sets a good bench mark on how fast we expect it to cure given our temp / humidity in the shop. This coating is VERY sticky until it cures, and when it does we dispose of the Microfiber rag. The coating hardens and binds to MF, causing it to scratch other surfaces if used again.
After coating the car, an IR heat lamp is directed at every panel to heat the paint surface up to about 95 degrees for 20 minutes to ensure the coating is as dry as possible before leaving our facility.
We are looking for a uniform, streak free finish. Once it hardens in about a week, this gem will return to ensure the coating has properly adhered. At this time a proper wash and wax will be done.
Oh there was a clear bra on this car too. The dulling of the bra is caused by UV rays from the sun. Nothing we cant fix We coated the bra with a UV sealant from Chemical Guys.
