Experience with Donlen Fleet billing?

Any experience with billing Donlen Fleet Management? Kind of a complex p.o., fax, call process to get a c.c. number to change for payment.

I normally get payment from clients upon completion, not an option for this single car job.

If the fleet management company is a pain, I may pass on this job. Thoughts?

You can call them prior to service to get a PO number, but most leasing companies are on a NET 30, meaning they don't pay the bill until 30 days from your invoice. You will get paid once you have a PO number!

They said they would issue P.O. before, then I fax a signed invoice and get a card number to bill next day.

Sounds too easy compared with the usual net 30 you describe.
