Had the great opportunity to have my good friend, who is starting his own photography side gig, use my car to help start his portfolio. WOW he did a great job! Car was freshly detailed and is currently sporting CG EZ creme glaze topped with DoDo Blue velvet pro wax. In the last picture I'm wiping the car down with Megs D115 Express Wash & Wax to get all the light dust off the car from the drive. Ill let the pics show how good the paint looks. Also here is the link to my facebook detailing page http://www.facebook.com/impeccableimagedetailing and my friends page https://www.facebook.com/1OF723Photography Im the MAN:buffing:.

Nice car and pictures! Can't wait to get a nice camera of my own and be able to do this too!

Looks really good. Any thing done to it besides the slicks in the back and skinnies in the front?

Good of you to help out a friend :props:

Thanks, I enjoyed it just as much as he did :)

Just thought id add that he will be taking some more photos of my car in near future of the interior and engine. Still trying to dial in his technique and the lightning just wasnt right.

I love the sonic blue on these cars. I have always had black though. I had a 99 Black GT, that I kept spotless and see it everyday now and it is totally trashed sitting beside a garage for the last year. Also had a 00 triple black GT also. Personally the 99-04's are my favorite mustangs. At some point I want to get another one and throw a KB blower on it. Keep up the nice work.

One of my favorite colors. :xyxthumbs:

I just finished up a detail on your evil twin.....

2001 GT, 521CI BBF with 760hp NA. The full 3" exhaust had a really ornery sound! It even has the Kirkey seats. Not much weight reduction, though as this is his 'street car' with power windows and power drivers seat, full dash, etc.

Randy

aww man i miss my 02 GT now!!! I had 4.10's and 100 shot on it and it was definitely fun! Im excited to see the 2015 once it hits the streets. I may pick one up or i've been scrubbing ads for a good deal on anything 2011 and up so I can modify that awesome coyote engine!

the pictures are good but too much post procesing, or saturation I dont know.

nice car.

How cool is this, a detailed drag car!

Has the Accufab throttle body given you any problems? A lot of Honda guys used to use them with mustang flanges on custom intake manifolds for larger displacement(2.2-2.7L) 4 cylinder motors. They were nice pieces but not very reliable. It was fairly common for the shaft that the butterfly plate bolts to to snap where it was machined down at. Just curious if that was something isolated to the import community or if the domestic guys had problems with them as well. Most of us have gone to using Wilson throttle bodies. Mind you these are 2.3L motors pushing out 300+whp and 210ftlb of torque naturally aspirated. We're not putting them on stock 1.6L civic motors Lol
