AutoGeek truly has the best customer service.

I had a package arrive last week with the contents damaged and spilled out, thanks to the freight carrier.
I sent Meghan here at Autogeek a PM a couple days later.
She replied within minutes, replaced all damaged items at no charge, and had my new package shipped out by end of same day.
A $90.00 value + shipping at no charge to me.

This is why I keep coming back.
Great products, great forum, great customer service.
Keep up the great work AutoGeek, and a special thank you to Meghan.

The hallmark of companies I like doing business with...

Nothing but excellent experiences for four years now!

I'm thinking they may want to look at either a better carrier or more packaging. I just got my replacement from FedEx today from an order that got destroyed during shipping to the point FedEx wouldn't even deliver it. Today the new box got dropped off and before I could even get to the door the guy was gone. Of course the entire bottom of the box was soaking wet and most of the contents because they busted open the n914 and the blue hydro. Both bottles were 128 oz ones. Already submitted an email earlier today just waiting to hear back. I'm sure they will take care of it.

Clearly FedEx is proving to be a problem for AutoGeek customers.
Your situation seems to be the same as many others.
My last two shipments were damaged with leaking contents.
I never had a problem with UPS.
Hopefully this gets worked out.

AGREE! Found out one my Mothers trim restorer aerosol cans was fubar. More product sprayed on the ground then on the trim. Called it in. No problem. Replacement sent out. Great to deal with a company that has a real customer service! 10/10

AG has great customer service for sure.

As for FedEx, not even close. My wife ordered six pairs of jeans from a company she likes about 2 weeks ago.

The day FedEx delivered them it was pouring rain. The driver barely opened my front gate before trying to "toss" the box onto my front stoop. It missed, and landed in our rose bush. (I witnessed the whole thing peeking through the window).

No plastic bag to cover the package, no knock on the door, and if I hadn't been home her package would have been ruined.

FedEx sucks, and their service is beyond awful.

Love the customer service here at AG.....just wish they would not use FedEx

I've had broken 128 oz bottles with UPS, none with Fedex yet.

I have the best Fedex and UPS drivers who service my address always bag my boxes if the chance of rain is even 10%. They take great care to place my packages over the gate upright. If I have damage I say it was from the terminal hacks because they are the main source of claims. The drivers just move it once. Amazon and Walmart send all kinds of packages to my wife with zero packing material inside to stop damage and get claims regularly.
