What is everyone's favorite carpet cleaning machine? I want to keep carpet and seats looking new. I'm not looking for something super expensive. I just need something to keep my personal vehicles clean, and maybe help out friends and family. This is a hobby for me, not a business. What is the best one for the money?

Maybe The Little Green Machine would be suitable. Some here seem to like it.

Might be a good time to keep an eye on internet sites that sell used equipment, like Craigslist. I just picked up a Mytee Lite for $350 (w/crevice tool), normally would run $800-$1000. Found it on a local Facebook Yard Sale page. Even the smaller extractors like my older DurrMaid are north of $500. What's your budget?

I used a Bissell Spot Clean Professional for a couple years. New they run $120-$150ish. Good little unit, still keep it as a backup. Then I picked up a Durrmaid Super 1600 off an auction site for $250....works awesome, but I'm looking to move up to a larger Mytee unit soon, just for the added water capacity.
