Hey guys. I was just wondering, what is your favorite compound and why?
 
My favorite compound is:
-Meguiar's Ultimate Compound (UC), G172

-Why is it my favorite?:
-Application by hand or DA
-SMAT
-It's Meguiar's!!

Menz FG400 very easy to work with and finishes down great for 1 step paint corrections .

Who are you and what have you done with Bob? Your last post was way too easy to read! Lol!

I like and use FG400 and M105 the most.
I also like M101.

what is the secret to 105. i tried it but it dries up and cakes up before i can do any section passes. ?

Keep handy a small spray bottle with distilled water in it! Just a small spritz at a time will extend the working time by 3-5 passes! :-)

Meg`s 105 for the must part. Also for MF pads D300 with DA or Rotary.
 
HD Adapt. Cuts great and finishes LSP ready on most pads.

UC for many jobs, long work times and wipes very easy.
M105 for those jobs that nothing else will correct.
Wolfgang Über Compound, reason, well it finishes down really well, if using a less aggressive pad, you could stop after compounding if you really wanted to do so, wipes off easy too, no gumming.
Long work time even with a rotary.
 
M105 and FG400

when you say you could stop after compounding,do you mean you could wax right after uber?
and not have to go to s less aggressive product
 
M101 is quickly becoming my favorite compound.
