Favorite fabric protectant and leather all in one

Looking for a product for both spectrums.

I have a new vehicle with cloth and was originally going to get seat covers but now I'm thinking about saving some money and using some sort of protectant like Blackfire or 303... what's your favorite (doesn't have to be either I listed)?

Then, for the other vehicle, I have leather. What's your favorite leather all in one? From my research, it seems like Griots or Blackfire leather complete...does one of these inch out over the other?
