Hey Autogeekers!

I'm getting ready to move back into an apartment from a house, which means I'm going to have to switch from a rinseless wash back to a waterless wash. Can still do rinseless but will probably switch to mostly waterless. I wanted to ask everyone what their favorite waterless product is? I used to use EcoSmart by Chemical Guys, love it, works great, but wanted to see if there's a better one out there. Opti Clean, Griots Waterless Spray-On Wash (don't think they sell this as a concentrate, not very economical), McKee's 37 Waterless Wash, Ultima Waterless Wash? Thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

I personally love Uber concentrate. You can mix it for rinseless, waterless, quick detailer, clay lube, it works great for everything!

I prefer and use ONR

I love Ultima and the Acrylic Ultima personally

Ultima and mckees waterless are awesome, slick and both have really good cleaning ability

I don't do WW but rather RW and I have to say of ALL the popular RW/WW solutions that I've tried (all with wax) I absolutely love N914 which leaves nothing behind. There is something about the way it cleans and wipes off that I really like.

My favorites are ONR and Wolfgang Uber

Are you guys saying use ONR as a waterless wash option? If yes, are you still using the 256:1 dilution ratio? Or that your recommendation is to scrap the waterless wash option and continue using rinseless?

I'm guessing that the other voters haven't tried N914 yet or this would be a SWEEEEP!

Until my stock is completely gone:
my favorite is still Meguiar's D114.

I like Blackfire. It's 48:1 ratio works well. I have Uber, d114, pinnacle, ONR, GD detail juice (which I also like quite a bit), and Ultima.

For some reason the blackfire never really caught fire so to say. I got a couple bottles and like it

Pinnacle isn't bad either

Most of the PBMG offerings are very good

Haven't bought either of the Mckees offerings yet

I personally use Optimum ONR (non-wax version).
Great to use for weekly washes, detail spray, clay lube, and pre-paint/correction cleaning since it has no wax (easier cleanup with IPA).

I was actually going to get Meguiars D114 Express Wash (no wax)... but it got discontinued.

Others recommended McKee's N914 and Wolfgang Uber Rinseless... but I ended up going ONR.
So far... I'm pleased with ONR.
If I run out of ONR... I might try some of the others.

How does living in an apartment keep you from doing a rinseless wash?

Fill up a bucket. Take it to your car. Wash and dry.

A bucket, solution, a MF (or sponge) to wash with and one to dry. I don't see the problem.

Unless you'd just rather waterless wash.

I could do that, my car is going to be parked a bit away and it's just easier to carry a bottle and some towels. Plus having to go out and get the distilled water, the water here in the crazy hard and has caused water spots. I wash my car 1-2 times a week so it really only gets dusty so I think the waterless wash would fit better. Just going to be easier. You make a valid point though, if the car does get too dirty, it is fairly easy to still do a rinseless.

I actually have a question for you guys that use Rinseless/Waterless washes.

ONR vs Wolfgang Uber Rinseless

Of the two... which would you pick... and why?

I'm seeing that ONR is roughly 1/2 the concentration power of WUR for about 1.5x price difference.
I've never used WUR, so I'm not sure if it easier to use or gives better results than ONR?
