I am going to be ordering my Griots' 6" in a few hours.

I will be getting 10 Über foam pads. I will be driving very little but want to clean up a 'new' 2012 Red Camry "The Baron" and make it shine. And the same for a friend's small Toyota Matrix.

After the Spit and Polish, I will just maintain it. It will be outside in Houston weather all year...lots of HOT and a good deal of Wet.

I have the chemicals... Thinking of getting 3 Yellow (cut)
5 Green (polish) and 2 Black (sealant/wax)

What's your thoughts?

Thanks

Bergy

How much you're willing to spend? I'm sure the devil 'in your ear' saying 'Call Nick at AG and ask him for a killer Flex 3401 deal'!

Nothing against the GG!, but I've seen occasions here where the 'buyer' ordered so many accessories and other 'cool stuffs' it would worth getting a better Polisher instead, IMO for sure.

Not saying it's your case, but always good to be aware of.

;) Good luck

Kind Regards.

I get the above for 199... I can get a new 3401 for $299 locally tho

That's a pretty good selection. The green CCS pad is capable of good defect removal with something like Ultimate Compound. The yellow is pretty agressive. The orange would be a versatile compromise of good cutting power, and less residual pad damage. The black pad is what I like for cleaner waxes. For pure sealants/waxes I like the red.
