You can read my introduction and where I stand here: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/introduce-yourself/61121-newbie-san-antonio.html
I went to clean my truck today. The first thing I did was to use my Husky H2000 to clean the body and tires. It has a wand that you can adjust for hi pressure, medium pressure, and what I would call low pressure that is used when you add cleaning solution to the tanks. I set it on medium and washed the truck down to get rid of most of the dirt. As it was drying this is what it looked like. You can the haze that is there. Pretty bad.
This is what it looks like after washing. It looks much better, but certainly not great.
This pic doesn't look great but it is a closeup of the hood with the gate reflected in it. This is after claying and you can see that the hood (as well as the rest of the truck) needs some serious paint correction. Nothing I can do right now but but put some wax on it till I can get the rest of the material I need to do the correction.
This last pic is using my 4Sevens Quark QPL. Again, keep in mind that this was after claying.
There is certainly plenty to do. Once I get all my gear I will document it too.
