Been thinking of trying if for 5 years, now I will experiment on the daily driver before I tackle the Vette. I have clayed, washed 2 daily drivers. Now I will polished and apply the coating. Question: do you apply to the plastic bumpers, etc?
thanks to all

Because you can apply it to plastics, I’ve been thinking of getting it to use on wheel wells to eliminate having to constantly use dressings on them. Will probably save product in the long run this way.

Yea but dressings be looking fresh when you just applied them.lol

My thinking is you can wash and clean a coating covered wheel well and regain the fresh look without having to apply a dressing but I’ll have to experiment and see.

I see what you mean...

If it’s textured plastic I would use DLUX instead. For smooth plastic or trim, UK 3.0.

Yes I was thinking DLUX too. That’s the first coating I saw that could be used on plastics.

Are you referring to painted bumpers or plastic trim type bumpers?

It will work. If the plastic is faded DLUX would do better to make them look blacker. DLUX works really well in wheel wells. No need for dressings.

DLUX was specifically made for non-metallic trim. That doesn't mean CQuartz won't work. In fact it will but DLUX will likely have more durability.
