first time working on a boat

its a 32' bluewater. it is oxidized. Im going to hit it via rotary and wool pad which will be followed up with a rotary and white lc pad. as far as the inside of the boat, can that be compounded and polished as well? will megs APC plus and a steamer be a good combo for the inside ??
