Fitbit Force vs Jawbone Up24 vs Nike's FuelBand SE?

Anyone use any of the above? Any opinions?

I met a few people at SEMA that had the Jawbone UP and was intrigued by it. I did a little searching and found they just introduced the UP24 which uses Bluetooth technology to sync with the UP App on an iPhone.

I know we have members who are techies as well as into fitness on the forum so tell us what you know...

I don't know anything about these, but I am also interested.

It seems they are all flawed. They are all inaccurate in their ways of measuring your motion. They seem to be triggered in the car on bumpy roads, and actually read as much as 50% off. Example, you walk 50 steps, it counts 25-30.

The fitbit seemed to be the most accurate, but according to the reviews I read, ( quick Google search) , they are all way too overpriced. There is supposed to be a new Samsung watch coming out that is supposed to be the best of all these type devices.

This much I'll say: FitBit's customer service is absolutely exemplary. It's the reason I stay with FitBit.

Good to know I was debating between the three as well and decided to go with the fitbit for my wife. Wasnt much of a factor for me but fitbit is the cheapest of the three.

***Update***

After doing some research and by the number of people I met at SEMA that had purchased the Jawbone Up, Stacy and I went with the Jawbone Up 24. (The 24 is the next generation)

So Saturday, I buffed out a Mercedes-Benz and then washed Stacy's MB, by the end of the day,

27,861 steps

Then it tracked my sleep that night, 9 hours and 38 minutes of sleep, 4.56 were light sleep and 4.41 were deep sleep.

Don't know what it all means but I find it very interesting.

One thing though, since the Jawbone Up 24 sincs with your iPhone via Bluetooth we both had to get the Mofis for our phones to make sure thye're always charged.

So far... we both like our Jawbone Up 24s

I went with the Fit Bit One, I hate bracelets, watches, jewelry etc so the last thing I wanted was something I had to wear on my wrist all the time. Great info posted here, thanks to all who have shared their experiences.

I'm the same way but my perception of the different technologies and companies behind them makes it look like this Jawbone thing might be become the next iphone type thing... kind of like the old VHS vs BETA.

It's not so bad once you get used to it...

I move around a lot when I teach my detailing boot camp classes so I'm looking forward to the January class to see what kind of date is captured. It would also be interesting to see the data on our warehouse guys during the holidays.

:)

I can say first hand that I love my fitbit and I have been wearing it non stop expect for showers but I can say that this little thing has got me motivated to get up and move.
