FK 1000P issue

I just purchased this sealeant through autogeek and used it for the first time today. I have to say this is the most difficult wax to apply on a foam pad. Completely dry and hard to work with. It wipes off easily though. Any tricks on what to do as far as application? I tried UQD with no improvement on the pad.

Sometimes it can help to put the tin in the sun for a little while before you start applying it. That should soften it up just enough to make it easier to spread on your foam pad.
