Fleet Washing/Detailing prices?

Hi guys,

I have my first 2 fleet wash/detailing contracts and was wondering if someone could help me with pricing.

The first is 3 Blue Bird buses, 2 box trucks, an F-350, and 2 Dodge Caravans. Once, maybe twice a month.

The second is 2 company vehicles, a Chevy Equinox and an F-150, plus several company personal vehicles (large and smaller SUVs mainly -- how would you price each?)

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Determine what your base hourly rate is for your company to remain profitable. Then determine how extensive of a detail they want. I know for me I don't do anything for less than $70 an hour.. Maybe you discount them $10 per hour and go from there. So if an average vehicle will take 30 mins to detail then Id charge $30. If it's gonna take you an hour per vehicle then it'd be $60 per vehicle
