Flex 3401 OPMs?

This question has been asked before but to my knowledge never answered. What are the OPMs at each dial setting?

1=
2=
3=
4=
5=
6=

Some products suggest use at a particular OPM. It would be helpful to have some idea what setting that would be.
 
I would like a definate answer as well. I am tired of the guessing game because it wastes time trying to figure out what speed works best with a particular product.
 
Not sure if this helps & probably has been covered, but i was curious myself and for the first time ever looked in the 'destruction' manual...

It says R.P.M 160 - 480
Stroke rate 3200- 9600
