Flex side handle?

Has anyone used the side handle that AG sells for the 3401? I'm on the fence about it. From what I've read most of you don't even use the regular handle.

I ordered it as it works well if your working on on a flat surface just running the polisher with no pressure. Otherwise, on side panels it is kinda useless.
