Flex sure saves time...

This pass week and weekend I've used my Flex every single day, a lot of big jobs.
At first it caused me to have arm pain, mostly from picking it up and laying it down but seems the pain has gone away for the most part.

I really could not have did all the work I had in my shop if not for the Flex 3401.
What a great machine this beast is.

I'm booked solid for two weeks, mostly for paint corrections.
I'll soon find out how durable this machine is.

Awesome to see you are busy and yes the Flex 3401 is a beast!! I do not want to jinx myself but my Flex is awesome and I would not worry about it failing on you.

The big thing is glad to hear your arm is feeling better.

I never have a problem getting the pc, to spin. You know, compensating angles, etc, but the Flex is the daddy.

1. Compound/pad
2. Polish/pad
3. Lsp/pad
4. One step/pad
5. AIO/pad

In most cases I use Wolfgang Uber Compound along with a 5.5 in orange hex pad by CG.
My favorite Polish is the Optimum Fine Polish, love the long work time.
Another favorite of mine is the m205,decent work time and very easy to wipe off, one of the easiest IMO, I use both polishes using a white hex pad.


My new lsp is Duragloss 601 and 105 combo.

Some like to apply them together but I go by directions , first apply the 601 then the 105.
I find if you do it as per the directions it's easier to remove, more so on soft paints.

I also love the Wolfgang Glossy Paint Sealant and DP Opti-Coat, I always use a red hex pad when applying my lsp.
Love the flat LC pads as well, I use both.

As for a one step , my go to Polish is the m205 using a white hex pad most of the time.
I've used m205 for years.

As of now I use HD Speed as an AIO but will try the Wolfgang AIO once I'm out of the Speed.
I find myself using too many pads as it tends to clog up the pad but it does work very well.
I'll either use a white or a black finishing pad when using an AIO

With these few products I can correct most paints-clears.
I own the Flex, GG6, DeWalt 849x and my trusty PC:dblthumb2:

That's cool, thanks! I didn't realize that you also use Hex Logic pads.

I think the orange and white are my favorite one step pads.

Totally in line with the AIO pad choices too.

Man, I'm glad to hear of your success! I hope it continues. I'm also glad to hear reports on the performance of the 3401. It's doing it's job, and sounds like it's doing it well!
