foam or mf for da polisher

I'm curious as to opinions on what you're of pad you prefer and why. If you have experience with both please share differences/pros/cons.

Specifically I'm using white polishing foam pad. Comparing to mf polishing pad. Hexlogic from cg and their mf pad. More cut? Better finish? Ease of use?

Open to others just these are the specific ones I'll be using.
