Hey All,

Just decided to do my first review on the FOAMASTER that auto geek sells, this is the one that hooks up to the hose.

The products consists of a hose nozzle contraption with a quick release for the soap holder. The soap holder is large enough to hold about a quart or more of soap.

All Specs and Info can be viewed when clicking the link below:

Detailer's Pro Series Quart Foamaster Foam Gun, foam wash gun, DP foam master

IMO: This device is extremely useful if you don't like using the 2 bucket rinse method or just enjoy using a foam gun. I prefer this way because I don't like to bend up and down. I spray the area using the 3 or 4th notch on the car so it sprays an adequate amount of foam, then wash the area I am soaping with a OPT FOAM MIT. I rinse the area afterwards to reveal a brilliant shine. After each panel or area I am washing, the foam mitt is then rinsed to vanish any debris stuck in the mitt. I really enjoy using this FOAMASTER and think it is an excellent alternative to the two bucket method.

ty for this review. I was wondering do I have to buy anything else? For example, perhaps the quick release or something? Any accessories?

Good to know, I am thinking about something like this for the dealership to wash customer cars after service, the guys we have doing it are not wanting the bucket method anymore either!

best thing i ever added to my detail aresnal. good with dp xtreem or cg maxi suds II.

Just saying that the foam gun isn't meant to replace buckets. It's meant to break the dirt off the surface and make it either release into the bubbles or run off with the soap. It makes it safer to touch your paint because there is less risk of marring the paint with the dirt and grime that is stuck to the surface.

The Foam Gun comes with everything you need. Quick Release included.. Just add soap and the ratio you want.

I should have worded it differently. It's an alternative.

:iagree:

In your situation I think it's a rather great idea to have your employee's use them because it will cut your wash time down. Cutting the wash time down equals more cars in the allotted amount of time. MONEY SAVER!! AS you already know!
