Foamer Cap for Tornador

Will the foamer cap (foam making device at the end of Tornador Foamer Gun) work with the regular Tornador cleaning gun? I thought I read that it will not, but I can't find the thread where I previously found the info. I have the cleaning gun and would like to make foam with it if possible.
