For the first time, I'm not happy with AG service.

To make a long story short.

I emailed AG service to get a new replacement gun for my foam gun ( not the foam lance/cannon). they sent me one with an invoice of 7.50$ written misc. on it.

Once I got the package, I got a quart bottle.....

If you saw my recent detail, the bugatti veyron and the ferrari 458, you can imagine I have no times to mess around with these thing. I needed foam to do a promotional video including some other very sweet cars. Well no foam was used in the video because I didn't get the right part.

Pissed, I emailed AG again and they told me'' sorry for the inconvience we will ship the right item''.

I then said, well I live in Canada and don't have times to go back to the USA just to pick up the gun, have it ship to canada. I got email saying we can't do this sir. you will have to pay shipping.


Honestly, Autogeek, you messed up the first time, I didn't got a foam party cliche for my video and on top i have to pay shipping !? It's not about the money, its a damn question of principe.

I hope you guys are aware that one unhappy customer, especially a detailer like me, will yeild lots more negative impact than just a 15$ shipping charge........
 
I'm not a huge fan of AG's store or CS. I only buy from them when it's something I cannot get anywhere else or a promo is too good to pass up. I'm a huge CG user and the products come packaged like art work everything is clean and wrapped in plastic the products are protected. I only have had the best customer service from them. I can only say if you need technical help with a product or have questions call the retail store you get more in depth info. I had placed an order and one item was on back order they put a note on the invoice a week later the item showed up on my doorstep no charge shipping.

Call me old school, but if I have a problem with a vendor, I pick up the phone

I bought cg shampoo in a gallon jug and it arrived with the cap loose and several ounces leaked out inside the bag that was around the container. Meguiars products from AG had the lids taped closed. Btw the cg gallon was from amazon but I'm sure it was drop shipped directly from CG.
 
where do you live in Canada?

I order from Eshine and autoobsessed because AG's shipping is expensive to vancouver.
