Four Star UPP and Megs Ult Liquid Wax?

Hi!

I have a few questions about Four Star UPP and Meguiars Ultimate Liquid Wax. Are they the same thing? I was thinking of applying the UPP and then topping it with ULW (since I have both). Will that not work?

I've read that I should top it off with carnauba wax, but was thinking ULW would be fine.

Please point me in the right direction.

Both product are Sealants. I know that Meg's ULW is called a wax but it is a synthetic making it a sealant.

You should have no problem topping 4* UPP with ULW. I like 4* for its nuba like glow.

4* is a great sealant I would go with 2 coats of that instead of ULW

Can I use either products on aluminum parts? I will be using Megs Ultimate Protectant Spray on the plastic parts...

Four Star UPP is probably one of the easiest sealants you will ever use. I wouldn't even worry about topping it.
