I decided to pick up a few Dri-Wash aerosol pump spray bottle's to play with from the recommendation of a AG forum member(Thank You Richy!).
Ill use the pump spray bottle's for several different detailing products I have in mind.

Tonight I wanted to do a little review of the bottle.I know the FourStar Tire dressing has it's own spray head but,my DD needed it's tires dressed. So for the review,I'm using my FourStar Tire Dressing with PolyCharger:

You remove the cap, which is the actual pump itself:

When you remove the spray nozzle, you expose a nice rubber seal that looks/feels that it's of good quality(not to hard/soft):

I used a small funnel to transfer the product:

The spray nozzle back on and ready for pressurizing:

When you put the cap back on,it starts the pressurizing. You then keep pressing the cap several times until you get the resistance:

Thou the viscosity of the FourStar Tire Dressing is a lil thick, you can see the spray pattern I witnessed after a quick burst or two.Keep in mind if you press and hold the spray nozzle, the pressure will reward you with a constant flow of product until you depress(release) the nozzle:

I think if the product used inside the bottle had the viscosity of a waterless wash or quick detailer,it would have atomized a much finer spray pattern.

When I was done hosting these pictures and producing this thread (which took about a 1/2hr),I went back out and dressed the rest of the tires. The Dri-Wash spray bottle had kept all it's pressure.

Wow, that's some weird looking (in the bottle) tire dressing. How is it?

you know i was thinking about some of those style of spray bottles. seem it would work great with certain products. im in the works of converting a 5gal pepsi keg into a sprayer... don't know what i will use it for! thanks for the review of the style of bottles also and the four star product....let us know how durability is of both products!

You can find them for 4 bucks. Much better deal than on Amazon. Look neat

It is actually very good.

I did a review with the FourStar almost a year ago-last winter:
http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/product-reviews/30307-four-star-ultimate-tire-protectant.html

I usually see around 1week of durability in the winter month's which is saying alot because the only tire dressing that help up that long for me besides the FourStar was Opti-Bond.
In the spring/summer/fall month's,I see around 2weeks with the FourStar.

That's not so bad....Opti bond seems to last longer though. Depends on how you like to apply. I do love the megs cleaner foam for my tires and wheel wells....kinda cheating, but oh well......

Can you PM me where you got them for 4.00 please?

Thanks for the review. They seem like nice sprayers. I did a Google search and can't seem to find them, though. Any help?

One quick note on the use of these bottles: They're called AIRosol bottle for good reason - they need AIR inside the bottle to compress.

If you fill the bottle to the top with liquid (as in the OP's 5th pic) you will not be able to pressurize the bottle, and the liquid will lazily squirt out. Think of filling one of the cylinders in your engine with 100% fuel. You'd "hydraulic" the engine - essentially blow it up.

Make sure you fill the bottles about 75% full of liquid, and leave enough air to compress. You'll find the bottle then sprays out in a nice fine mist.

You are absolutely right! I distribute the Dri Wash n Guard Products. The Pumper which is the correct name of the bottle is to be filled only 75% full. The top black pumper is pumped 15 to 20 times or until resistance is felt. This will insure that the Pumper is pressurized. The product inside will expel in a mist. The Pumper is supplied for Dri Wash n Guard Waterless Car Wash,Classic or Ion. One of the first Waterless products. The reviews I recieved form AG members 15 years ago were not good.
But today every Detail Product Manufactor has a Waterless or less water product. Go Figure! The $$$$ was the bottom line and being Eco friendly!
