Free Samples down to one per order?

When did it change from getting 2 free samples to just getting 1?
 
I know I was also surprised and they don't have Poorboys in the list anymore.
 
I noticed about 1 free sample per order by the end of last week....poorboys samples went out before that....:cry:....it was nice to be able to try two samples per order and that samples included Poorboys....My suggestion would be to be able to include one free sample lets say every $100 in the order...what do you think? :grouphug:
 
We did take it down to one sample per order last week. Max has done his best to provide these for free to all of our customers but the response has been overwhelming and we are cutting it back to one sample per order at this time. But for any of you forum members you can always slip me a PM if you need a second one and I will do my best to take care of you! :dblthumb2: Will help me out too if you put a note on your order with my name so it will stop your order from going to warehouse so I can add it.

I forgot to put a sample in my last order, but I did notice this. I'm sure the fact that people were complaining about getting different samples when one was out of stock didn't help.

How do you even get the free samples? I've never noticed it with my orders
 
Sad to see it go :( but in these tough times with business in a downturn I see more and more value added services being pulled from the consumer. This is in a way an artificial price increase that is hidden so as not to upset anyone. Just another item to be added to the OBAMA economic downturn ! Only 977 days until "THE END OF AN ERROR" If we had a republican in Office the Economy would be thriving and MAX would be giving 3 or 4 samples with every order. I hope in the USA my post does not get censored and I am still able to execute the 1 st ammedment and a few of the other freedoms we still have left.

You sound like my father :D I won't remove your post but let's not turn this into a political thread...everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I don't want this to get ugly!

I think the sample program got a bit overwhelming including 2 per order. Our business is actually doing pretty crazy right now...and for that reason we need to utilize time wisely. Pumping those tiny bottles all day takes time and that time could be utilized to pack more orders for that day (just an example).

As mentioned, just PM me or Meghan, or put a note in the comments of your order (ie "Extra ____ sample as per Meghan/Matt) and we'll hook up our forum buddies. :cheers:
 
You just have to see the shear number of orders that go out daily to understand the gravity of a sample program. I am not even measuring the cost or time needed which only amplify it tremendously.
 
My POST was Tongue in Cheek Satire. The Former Republican administration was not any better ! So I was just having Fun !

I would be willing to relocate to Stuart, Fl (for the right price) to assist with the sample program! I would be in Heaven working at PBMA!
 
As much as I like to try new things, I would need a little extra compensation so that I would be able to pay bills. Everyone knows detailing first, bills second!






Ok, not really but it was a good thought! :laughing:

I wonder aloud just how many samples Autogeek would have for its clients :hungry: . I am also thinking new inventory controls might be needed. :xyxthumbs: (currently the only inventory control, is I can only visit once annually) Im the MAN
