Front protection?

Here is a picture of my truck. As you can see I have a matched painted bumper and mirrors. I just had them painted about 5 months ago, and they are covered in rock chips.

What should I do to fill in the chips and most importantly what can I use or apply, to protect and avoid the chips for a while?

Look into Dr. Colorchip. If cost is not a issue, respray those parts and cover them with a clear bra.

Is the clear bra just clear 3m tape?

Use 3m clear bra works great but its not cheap.
