Hey guys! I had the pleasure to work on a car a couple of weekends ago that belongs to one of my great friends. It's a 2004 Suzuki Verona with 78,500 miles on it. His family bought it for him as a graduation gift from college. I told him a while back that when he gets a car, I will give it a full detail. I'm not sure if it ever got a "proper" detail before now, but it sure needed something. I did not take many before pictures and no during pictures. All pictures are of the final product.

Products/Process:

Rinsed and foamed with Meg's foaming soap solution
Second wash after compounding and polishing with Meg's Gold Class
Lowe's Grout Sponge for both washes
Wheels cleaned with P21s Gel and various brushes
Wheels dressed with Optimum Opti-Bond
Clayed with Meg's QD and Mother's Yellow clay
Dewalt 849 rotary
M105/Meg's burgundy wool pad
M205/white CCS
3M UF/blue CCS
numerous CG MF towels
LSP was a Beta wax from Migliore

Here are the pictures to showcase my work:

Looks great! Nice work. Too bad wheel weights are on the outside.

Thanks Doug! I agree weights should always be on the inside of the wheel. I'm surprised the wheels came out as nice as they did. Just shows how good P21S Gel is.

Your welcome. For some reason I'm highly attracted to red, which is why I ended up with a redfire red mustang. Almost went for the burnt orange/red type color but very happy with my end result! Very stunning color IMO when it's clean, and looking pretty. :props:

I am the same way! I wanted a red 370Z...but I fell in love with the silver when I saw it on the lot.

Great work. I like your storage cabinets... hahaha aren't reflections fun!?!?!

Great job!! The paint just shines!!! Massive improvement!

Yes. When I first moved in, I had multiple items in there for the house (lawn, hardware, etc), but detailing supplies soon took over. Thanks for the compliments!

Thanks for the kind words. I knew his car had potential to look great. It just needed some TLC.
