hi all,
looking for any recommendations on a garden sprayer to apply presoak rinseless wash to salt ridden car in the winter. size, model, where to buy, and other useful features?
thanks for the help...

The ones inside the link above work very well and are nicely built. These are chemical resistant and can also be used with all purpose cleaners and similar products. They hold quite a bit of liquid and are ideally suited for your application....:props:

Cheap home depot or Lowes poly sprayer.
Your choice whether it's a tank model with the pump handle on top, or a trigger sprayer like the Tornador.

You might also consider a large Kwazar spray bottle. The dual action on those puts out a LOT of spray and it might be smaller or cheaper than the garden sprayers.

I bought a 2 gallon pro model from Home Depot about 2 years ago for $35 as I recall. Home Depot is great about exchanging if a product ever fails. Drain the sprayer before freezing weather. I had to exchange one because I didnt!

thanks for the advice guys!

i picked up a 1 gallon garden sprayer and a couple higher end chem resistant spray bottles. will keep the sprayer inside during the freeze.

I had picked up a 2 gallon roundup sprayer at walmart and its claim was it took fewer pumps to pump up. It did seem to take less pumps to build plenty of pressure.

I have used smaller one for ONR but I will use at least 1/2 the container and I end up pumping it at least twice for one wash.
