Getting rust off of paint?

Hey guys, so I have chips in my paint that are rusted . What works best for cleaning these out. Dr. Colorchip reccomends "Rust Avenger" (Which I read is discontinued). Someone posted a "loc-tite" rust neutralizer as well, but Im not sure if that is save for automobiles. Any other reccomendations?

Thanks, but is there something smaller I can get? It's only for a little rust in my paint chips. I've heard of sanding pens. Where can I get those besides the Langka site? Does anyone have a Rust Avenger pen they would like to sell to me ;-)
