So my girlfriend goes to school in Florida (we live in PA). I've been meaning to do this for a while now but I've been busy with my Engineering co-op this summer, traveling and such. This car has never seen a garage and I don't think it's ever been compounded/polished at all. I finally had some time Saturday. I only spent about 7 hours on the outside since it got late. My main goal was to get it pretty clean and then seal it and wax it before she left. I only got one pass in with Menzernas power gloss and a CCS yellow pad. Then used Menzerna's Sealing Wax. I would have liked to do another pass with the Intensive Polish but she just wanted to go to bed. So some other products included 1z anti-insekt and p21s wheel cleaner. I clayed it as well and I'm sure I'm forgetting some other stuff. I'd like to get some more pictures of it in the light. It came out alright for only doing once pass.
She even got in on the action...I actually taught her how to use the DA too!
Now a few reflections
And now mine needs done again...haven't waxed it in 2 months or more...but thats another story :buffing:
