So I got my windows tinted today and looks like the knife might have slipped a little :(. I know they take the film and cut it on the outside so a few little marks is expect but not like this. Who has a trick to fill in the scratch or make it better!

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

Shallow glass scratches can be corrected with Ceriglass like those that occur from wiper blades gliding across dry/dirty glass. This scratch from the tint tech's knife looks pretty deep though. General rule of thumb: if you can catch the defect with your fingernail you need new glass installed. While it is technically possible to repair the damage with sanding and polishing with dedicated glass resurfacing tools, the time spent will likely far outweigh the cost/benefits of simply replacing the glass. The tint shop is at fault. They should be buying you a new window.

Looks like it is the tint that is scratched, not the glass.

If it is the tint (you won't be able to feel it on outside with fingernail) then new tint by the installer will fix you up.
