Greetings fellow detailers
im a new member with a shiny new F150 XLT Ruby red. I'm looking for advise on a good brush for washing my truck. I have a really bad back and it's best when I don't bend over if I can avoid it. In addition my drive is on a steep hill so I'm thinking a step stool is a bad idea. I am also looking for a all in one kit for taking care of the outside of the truck keeping in mind I am going to do it all without power tools for now. Later I will get a electric polisher to get the best results but I want to do as much research as I can so I don't ruin that beautiful shine. We have hard water in town and I have bean using a chamois to dry the truck but I noticed many on the board use microfiber towels so a recomendation on those would be great.
thanks so much for reading any any help that comes my way.
Respectfully John

I have the :Montana Original 10 inch Boar’s Hair Car Wash Brush & Telescopic Handle
Retail Price: $79.99

When you use it the first time, the smell of the brush when wet will make you gag. Other than that, the bristles are super soft when soaked in the soapy water for a few minutes. It also holds suds and water very well!

There are some negative reviews about the telescoping handle, but so far so good for me.

Thanks for the reply's guys. I was hoping for something less expensive but if that's the way to go I guess I'll have to pony up. My 09 paint job held up fantastic with just washing with a cheap brush and waxing. But I've got a feeling the sparkled clear coat mite be more delicate and thinner than the 09 but that's just St a guess.
Thanks again
Respectfully John
