Good product for protecting rubber door moldings from UV rays

I am looking for a good product to protect the rubber door moldings on my ride,here is a picture of what I wish to protect. I would also like something that won't run off when it rains and leave streaks on paint.
 
I have had positive results from Tuf stuff. Does not run off from rain or washing

What is tuff stuff? can't find that here on autogeek. I'll give wolfgang exterior trim sealant a try, from product description it would work great for door moldings plus my windshield cowl as well which I am looking to protect.

Tuff Stuff is foaming carpet cleaner. It's @ your local auto parts store.
