What is this crap on the left side of the page? How do I make it go away?
 
Can you elaborate on "crap"? I presume you are talking about AGs store site or forum?
 
I do not see anything on googles site either?
can you take a screen shot?

Have you recently downloaded a google search bar or any sort of google features?

No. I haven't (and/or) can't do anything that you mentioned above :(

Where did this crap come from? I haven't done anything different :mad:

I think I've figured it out. The crap I'm seeing is the same crap that use to be in the upper left corner. Now its a big black section that takes up 1/3 of the page

I wish ppl would just leave well enough alone
 
If you click anywhere in the white on Google's homepage it goes away, but it comes back each time you go back to their homepage.


I find it annoying also.
 
have you tried " tools - options - Block pop up windows" ?
 
you mean the stuff shown in this pictures?

I'd say it is just google deciding that making money is more important than having what was once the cleanest, best page out there

For me that only shows up when I click the button for more options

for me in internet explorer it shows up just at the top of the screen. In Chrome it shows up like in the picture I attached.
 
BobbyG , what cartoon was that dog on? My memory is half gone, i remember the dog but not the toon
