Bought some cheap Microtex Microfiber towels (The "Professional" ones, that are more plush than the regular detailing ones). These aren't for use on my paint at all..they're for wheels, engine, etc. Nothing like this touches my paint. I was cleaning them today after opening them and look what I found! :eek:

That seed was definitely from the factory...It was triple folded and in the middle of the sealed pack embedded in the fibers.

Awesome, huh? hahaha. :rolleyes::righton::doh:

dagum! yea i hear ya on cheap towel some real cheap ones use some kind of stitching material to do the stitches on the edges and they scratch paint! you get what you pay for in mf towels

Yep they do, I believe this is the only reason I have swirls in my black Cobalt ( I was meticulous in washing/waxing but used cheap MFs.)

I think those towels are used by the NEW YORK METS so that accounts for the sunflower seed. that is their colors:laughing::laughing:

Hey, there was green and yellow as well...but then again I only found a sunflower seed on the orange one so maybe you're right!

By the way Johnny, I just received a MPx 3" catless downpipe for my SS/TC :)

My brother will be putting it on for me tomorrow.

I'm always afraid of those cheap towels.I use the cheap terry towels for the greasy work so when i'm done i just chuck them.The only thing is , when you go cheap on the terry you get a lot of lint.Thank god for the California duster.or my air gun

the employees need something to wipe their hands with during and after eating the sunflower seeds...

Haha yes they're pretty bad but they do have their place. I found Meguiar's Gold Class Super Plush Ultra Terry cloths at Big Lots for $1.00/piece :)

That's very true! lol

Are you trying to grow Sunflowers on your chest ??? (smiling)
