Granite counter top polishing

Anyone on here have experience polishing granite countertops? Mine are SUPER dull. Those of you that have had sucess making yours shine, what pads & polishes did you use to get them to shine. I used a rupes coarse pad with Megs M105 on the rotary and it didnt get any better.

Do I need to use a different "type" of pad & or polish?
